Mike’s Workbook for Biostatistics

Workbook to accompany Mike’s Biostatistics Book. This material is a work in progress; editing is ongoing and new materials are added each semester.  (I’ve also put together a number of handouts, background, and bioinformatics support at Mike’s Genetics & Genomics Workbook, consisting of materials used to support my lab classes these past 20+ ! years.)

One change this year, I am using generative AI (Gemini, ChatGPT) more for R code depevelopment. When these tools are used I state as much. All code presented in this eBook are proofed by me.
